Spins, hands and disconnects
Every slot spin and table game hand on Cassoola is calculated on the studio's server. If you lose connection mid-spin, the game completes server-side and any winnings are credited to your balance — you can return to the game later and see the result. Pending free spins and bonus rounds remain available indefinitely.
Per-spin max wins are published in the game info panel for every title. Where a single round would exceed the cap (often A$500,000 to A$1,000,000), winnings are paid up to the cap, with any remainder paid in monthly instalments alongside any future winnings.
Live dealer and disputes
Live dealer tables follow the rules announced by the dealer at the table: blackjack 3:2, European roulette with a single zero, baccarat with standard payouts. Full session video is kept for 30 days and can be reviewed in any dispute. House rules around insurance, late surrender and dealer behaviour are listed in the table info panel.
