How the tiers work
Every wager earns Casoola Points (CP). Reach a CP threshold and you tier up — instantly, with retroactive perks for that month. Tiers refresh quarterly to keep things competitive, but you only ever drop one tier per quarter so progress is sticky.
Bronze (entry tier) unlocks weekly cashback and a named host. Silver and Gold add raised limits, faster withdrawals and branded reload bonuses. Platinum unlocks event invites; Ruby and Sapphire bring custom holidays and gifting allowances; Diamond is bespoke and entirely tailored to the player.
